BOLOGNESE

Ingredients for four servings:

2.8oz Organic Sunflower Hache, Seasoning Blend, 3 Tomatoes, 1 Onion, 2 Cups of Water, Organic Olive Oil, Fresh Basil, 16oz Organic Pasta

Step 1: Dice fresh onions & fry in sunflower oil. Enhance by adding freshly diced organic tomatoes. Step 2: Add 2 cups of water, spice mix & organic sunflower haché. Stir all ingredients & bring to boil. Add seasoning. Step 3: Garnish with fresh basil. Serve over organic pasta. Step 4: Enjoy! 

CHILI SIN CARNE

Ingredients for 4 servings:

2.8oz organic sunflower haché, Seasoning Blend, 1 Organic Onion, 9oz Fresh Mushrooms, Fresh Parsley, 2 Cups of Water

  Step 1: Dice fresh onions and fry in sunflower oil. Step 2: Slice fresh mushrooms and add Step 3: Add 2 cups of water, seasoning blend and organic sunflower haché. Step 4: Stir ingredients and bring to a boil Step 5: Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with race, potatoes or pasta. Step 6: Enjoy!   

SUNFLOWER HACHÉ BURGERS

Ingredients for 4 servings:

2.8oz organic sunflower haché, 2 eggs (or vegan equivalent replacement), 2 Tbsp. Bread Crumbs, 1 Chopped Organic Onion, Organic Tomato Paste, 2 Tbsp. Organic Sunflower Oil, 2 Tbsp. Salt, 1 Tbsp. Pepper

Step 1: Soak organic sunflower haché in lukewarm water Step 2: Carefully mix ingredients. Add more water if necessary. Patty should not be too dry! Step 3: Grill or fry in a pan. Serve in a bun or with potatoes. (Tip: freeze patty for 10 min before frying) Step 4: Enjoy! 

MUSHROOM STEW

Ingredients for four servings:

2.8oz organic sunflower haché, Seasoning Blend, 1 Organic Onion, 9oz Fresh Mushrooms, Fresh Parsley, 2 Cups of Water

SUNFLOWER HACHÉ PROTEIN BARS

Ingredients for 30 protein bars
  • 2 oz Sunflower Protein Crisp
  • 500 g  Peanut Butter
  • 7.5 oz Oats
  • 125 g Honey
  • 2 Tbl PBZ Chocolate
  • 1 Tbl Cocoa Powder
  • Almonds for Garnish
